Job description

The Healing Alliance LLC is an established and rapidly growing clinical practice conveniently located in Beaverton, Oregon. We are looking to hire full time mental health therapists to expand our services and to help us take on the many referrals that we are currently receiving.

​

At The Healing Alliance LLC we have a focus on treating children, adolescents and young adults. However, we also work with adults, individuals and families. We are dedicated to providing our community with exemplary and compassionate, evidence based mental health services.

Position Description:

  • Full time positions available (Ability to see at least 24 clients per week)

  • Complete psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, case notes and other written documentation within 24 hours of service delivery

  • Effectively utilize our electronic health records for scheduling, file management and other needs that might arise with your caseload

  • Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, families and adults

  • Case coordination with other professionals involved in client’s life

  • Participate in periodic team meetings

  • Maintain good communication with The Healing Alliance LLC administration to communicate your caseload availability and any administrative needs

  • Use evidenced based interventions including psycho-social assessment and diagnosis for clients experiencing a diagnosable disorder from the DSM-V and is medically necessary to receive treatment.

  • Establish a therapeutic relationship with clients

  • Practice in compliance with the State of Oregon Board of Licensed Clinical Social Workers and/or Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists Code of Ethics

  • Adhere to HIPAA privacy standards and regulations.

  • Complete a treatment plan that is individualized and measurable.

  • Provide documentation of all services provided in accordance with state and federal regulatory requirements.

  • Provide and maintain a safe environment for co-workers and clients.

  • Conducts themselves with the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

  • May perform additional duties of similar complexity within the organization, as required or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in a mental health related field (Provisionally licensed clinicians may be considered) and/or

  • Current, unrestricted license to practice mental health therapy in Oregon (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, LPC)

  • National Provider Identification Number (NPI) prior to the date of employment

  • Demonstrated competence and humility in terms of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, class, ability in clinical work

  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity and social justice

  • Experience treating trauma

  • Experience working with children and families

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Have a passion for this work

  • You must be able to work independently, be ethically sound, have good boundaries, be well organized, flexible, easy to get along with and have superb recommendations.

Required: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, CSWA, LPCi, LMFTi, PhD

Preferred:

  • Fluent in Spanish; pay differential included for bilingual providers

  • A Registered Play Therapist (RPT) and/or experience with Play Therapy

 

Start date is flexible with the option of immediate start following credentialing
